2018 Tempranillo

DESCRIPTION
Mellow, medium bodied and subtle. The retrained oak allows the subtle fruit to shine withought having to be overpowering. The tannins can be described as velvety and light while the acid carries the wine without being tart. The idea here is BALANCE.

A departure from my usual style while still representing Lodi. A wine that is naturally fermented and from a single vineyard requires immense attention in the field. This wine is a true expression of Potrero Vineyard-a Mexican owned vineyard.
