SALVAJE — 2025 Lodi Chardonnay

Salvaje is Chardonnay with a wild side. Naturally fermented, fruit-forward, and lightly aged in French oak, it delivers fresh, expressive fruit without the heavy butter and oak of a traditional California Chardonnay. Unfiltered and unfined, it may show a natural haze or sediment—part of its honest, minimally handled character. Bright, textured, and easy to drink, Salvaje is Chardonnay made a little less polished and a lot more interesting.
